Occupancy Sensors
Our Occupancy Sensors are stand-alone units that can interface with ANY PTAC. They are Dual Sensors, using both Motion and Passive Infrared detection to sense when a space is Occupied.
They are Wide View Sensors that can be wall mounted in any room configuration. They detect small motion up to 40 feet and larger motion up to 70 feet. In addition to Passive Infrared detection, they utilize motion technology requiring both motion and temperature to indicate occupancy, so a blowing curtain won’t turn the Heat/AC on.
Installation is so easy that 3 or 4 rooms can be completed in an hour. Our comprehensive Installation Instructions, Wiring Diagrams, and Toll-Free Help Desk means that your on-site team can install the Sensors. In addition we have Installation Teams ready to accommodate your schedule to get the job done quickly and professionally.
Guest Comfort
Guest Comfort Temperature Limits ensure that your Guests will return to a comfortable room, while you enjoy significantly reduced energy consumption.
Continual viewing with Time Delay means the Sensor is continually looking for occupancy. Every time occupancy is seen the time delay circuit is re-activated. This eliminates the need for door switches or other components and maximizes Energy Efficiency without any Guest complaints.
Applications are varied, as our Sensors can be used with thermostats, PTAC systems, Lighting …truly anywhere that you would desire to reduce energy consumption while spaces are vacant.
The Sensors are solid state construction, and carry a 5 Year Warranty.
